Spring Social NYC was created to explore the intersection of creativity and business through an immersive event experience for founders, creatives, and marketers.
The goal was to build a room that felt intentional, visually compelling, and conversation-driven while creating a scalable content and community asset beyond a single evening.
The Brief
Spring Social NYC was created to bring together ambitious women founders, creators, marketers, and entrepreneurs through an immersive networking experience that blended creativity, education, and community. The goal was to design an event that felt intentional, visually compelling, and conversation-driven while creating long-term content and brand assets beyond the event itself.

Traditional networking events often struggle with low engagement, surface-level conversations, forgettable experiences, and limited opportunities for sponsors and content creation. The challenge was to create an event that balanced meaningful networking, educational experiences, content opportunities, sponsor visibility, and authentic community building — all while feeling more like a curated brand experience than a traditional conference.

We approached Spring Social as a fully integrated brand experience rather than a one-night event. Our strategy focused on five key pillars:

Spring Social successfully transformed a single evening event into an ongoing community and content ecosystem, generating measurable impact across attendance, brand awareness, partnerships, and engagement.
60 tickets sold with a 75% attendance rate, welcoming 45 attendees to the experience.
Generated 100,883+ event impressions across social media and event-related content.
Secured 6 brand sponsors integrated seamlessly into the attendee experience.
Facilitated 5 collaborations and 5 new brand partnerships among attendees and sponsors.
Achieved 1,000+ follower growth and captured 100+ expressions of interest for future events.
Produced a library of event photography, video assets, reels, and attendee-generated content for ongoing marketing and community storytelling.
Drove strong real-time participation across activations, networking sessions, and educational programming, resulting in high attendee engagement and content sharing
